1. Is Anna a cosmetic product?
Yes, Anna is a cosmetic product to improve the microbiome, the natural bacterial protection of the skin. A properly functioning microbiome strengthens healthy skin and helps against the external characteristics of blemished skin. It is not a permanent treatment as the symptoms return after some time (the subjects in our clinical test experienced the problems after an average of 28 days). However, upon resumption of use, the characteristics immediately disappeared.

2. Can I fight infected pimples?
Anna normalizes the C.acnes and can be used to reduce the redness and fervour. It is even better to use Anna preventively with the first signs of emerging problems. That is why we also advise you to carry Anna with you 24/7.

3. Is Anna toxic?
Anna has absolutely no toxic properties; it is not toxic. Anna is of course with an active ingredient in a fermented rye extract; the recipe could actually be called a food product.

4. Can I use Anna too often?
No, but 4 to 5 times a day is sufficient for the formula to work. More frequent use only results in faster consumption of the product, not in faster recovery.

5. Can I transmit infections through the (joint) use of a roll-on?
The organism Cutibacterium acnes is an anaerobic organism that is located deep in the sebum; it is only optionally aerobic. That is, the organism prefers to live in the absence of oxygen, but to some extent accepts oxygen. The chance of re-contamination (transfer of infections) with C. acnes is therefore very small. Using a so-called Kinetic Challenge Test (KCT), it was determined that the "time-to-kill" of all C. acnes organisms present on the skin is less than 10 seconds. In short: all C. acnes microorganisms that would appear on the roll-on are killed immediately.

6. When can I expect improvement?
In our clinical tests, 95% of the volunteers were free from the appearance of blemished skin after 8 days. We assume that our test values will not be unique. We do, however, recommend that you continue treatment for a few days after the appearance has disappeared. Then the population of C.acnes can normalize again.

7. How long can you do with 1 serum on average?
On average, our volunteers were able to do 1 to 2 months with the serum. The inflammations returned on average after 28 days (see point 1). This means that you need a new serum after 2 months.

8. Where is Anna produced?
Anna is produced in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified factory that also has a Food Grade certification (this is necessary in connection with the rye ferment) in the Netherlands. The factory also has all the necessary ISO certifications to guarantee Anna's high quality. The unique 40 years (!) Old lactobacillus skein with which the organic rye is fermented is stored in a safe at the office and in a Swiss bank.
